in Rulo, Nebraska

Rulo first gained notoriety
as the Lewis & Clark Campsite in 1804, later parts of the film
"Paper Moon" were filmed here. Cult activities in the 1980's and the resulting trial brought attention to this little river town.
Today, Rulo's proximity to Squaw Creek Wildlife Refuge in Missouri and  fresh river carp make Rulo the place to meet and eat.
